photoIf your child is enrolled in the Pennsylvania's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), through Highmark, the Caring Program: Care Coordination for Children with Special Health Care Needs may be able to individually help you by linking you with resources in your area and in other more personal ways.

Well-established national and local agencies can also make a tremendous difference in the life of a child with a special health care need, as well as the child's family. The following lists of resources are available to anyone, regardless of enrollment in the Caring Program or the Children's Health Insurance Program of Pennsylvania. Resources are divided among medical, educational and family and community topics.
